1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by PT Murbawisesa Teknologi Indonesia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

PT Murbawisesa Teknologi Indonesia provides technology services including but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
  • Blockchain development and consulting
  • IT consulting and digital strategy
  • Custom software development and application solutions

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Engage in any activity that could harm or impair the functionality of our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and deliverables remain the property of PT Murbawisesa Teknologi Indonesia unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. Client Projects and Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, ownership of project deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to use anonymized project details for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for specific projects or services will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT Murbawisesa Teknologi Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
